Shane Sovan
President and Licensed Contractor
Shane Sovan has been in the construction industry for over a decade. Having worked for prominent companies in the past he now leads Coastal Mitigations INC with the knowledge and expertise he has gained over the years.
Having recieved formal training for Cam-tech school of construction and with continual education courses he routinley takes, all help him apply his real world expierence with constant formal knowledge to ensure that his customers are delivered quality service and immpecable customer care.
Heather Sovan
Office Manager
Heather Sovan is the Office Manager of Coastal Mitigations INC. She is the liason between clients and staff of Coastal Mitigations, suppliers, as well as the person in charge of billing, accounts and customer service. Her organization and communcation skills are what helps the team keep running smoothly.
Coming from a insurance and customer service represenative background, Heather has over 7 years expierence with providing customers a clear, respectful and pleasant line of communication to better help them on the road to their new home, remodel, as well as to help them through the inspection process.

Mike Sovan
Head of Operations and Field Supervisor
Mike Sovan has been in the construction business for over 30 years, handeling and overseeing the teams in the field at Coastal Mitigations Inc. Coming from a long history of Super Attendant positions he instructs the teams with his expertise and further allows for a smooth transition from one project to another.
